the location was good for seeing the sights.
My room lacked proper soundproofing. I heard street noise all night. also, the breakfast buffet had limited options, and staff rarely checked if i needed anything. the buffet service was quite slow. i often had to ask for cutlery.

the location is great, very close to nizami street. the staff were helpful, especially in the dining area. the breakfast had a pleasing variety of options.
the room was quite small, it felt a bit cramped. i found that the housekeeping wasn't very thorough. the noise from the street was noticeable in the evening.

The rooms have nice appointments, are comfortable, and are kept meticulously clean. The staff members are helpful and always ready to assist. Breakfast included a variety of tasty options. I felt completely safe , which I REALLY appreciated.
